Bass Coast Landcare Network and Mulloon Institute invite you to get hands-on with a small sub catchment land restoration project at a Bass Coast farm property. We’ll hear from our host farmers and Landscape Planners from Mulloon Institute about how the project was designed to be achievable, economical and effective. We’ll share a meal, take part in construction and enjoy ourselves while gaining practical skills. This will be a great day where you will get to participate in constructing a small-scale project aimed at restoring landscape function and retaining water on farm for longer. This event is stage 3 of the Communities of Practice Project, where landholders receive expert mentoring from the Mulloon Institute team to optimise water cycling and landscape function using natural infrastructure and farm system solutions. Date: Wednesday 26th February 2025 Venue and host: Woodleigh location. All details supplied upon confirmation of registration. Time: 9am to 3pm To register click on the flyer below.
