Presenter Application Form
Let’s showcase the best of what Bass Coast has to offer! We are looking for talented sustainability teachers, demonstrators and public speakers from Southern Gippsland and beyond. Does this sound like you? Or do you have an innovation, product or service you would like to demonstrate either in a show and tell or hands-on type demonstration?
As well as getting to the opportunity to present to hundreds of people, you will also have your business or organisation details featured on our Facebook page and website, with links to your site or social media. There will be wide promotion across multiple groups, organisations and businesses involved in the festival, with the potential to reach thousands of people.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
how much are tickets? 
Entry is via a gold coin donation.
WHERE is the Festival?
The 2023 Festival at Bass Coast Landcare Network's River Garden, in Bass. The address is  2-4 Bass School Road Bass VIC 3991
How much does a stall cost?
​Stallholder package (3x3 Marquee sites) - $40
Includes: 3x3m space for your own Marquee (BYO tables and display material)
Social media shout out on the Festival’s Facebook page and a listing in the Festival Market Page
All food Vendors are required to have their own food safety permits and apply for a relevant Streatrader certificate for the event.
Food vendor package (Van or food truck)- $60
Includes: Space for your van or marquee, access to water if needed and limited access to power. Limited spaces available. Social media shout out on the Festival Facebook page and a listing in the Festival Market Page. All food Vendors are required to have their own food safety permits and apply for a relevant Streatrader certificate for the event.
Community organisation – $Free
Includes: 3x3m space for your own Marquee (BYO tables and display material)

Can I volunteer at this event? 
As a community event, designed to support the Southern Gippsland community, local enterprises and organisations, we welcome your involvement. If you would like to volunteer at the event, get in touch. If you would like to register as a stallholder, a presenter/demonstrator or offer a sponsorship opportunity - please see the boxes above to link to the application forms.

Is this a family-friendly event?
Yes! We will have plenty of things for the kids to do as well, look out for announcements of our Festival activities, presentations, demonstrations and stallholders, on this page and on our Festival facebook page. 
When will the program of Exhibitors, Demonstrations and Presenters be announced? 
The 2023 Festival program of exhibitors, demonstrations and events will be announced in early May 2023.

Sustainability festival location

The much awaited 2023 Festival is in the historic town of Bass. Stalls, events and presentations are at the Bass Coast Landcare River Garden, located behind the Landcare office building and within the grounds of the Bass Recreation reserve next to the Bass Community Centre and Op Shop.
