How can we break the weed spray cycle, keep cattle and soil in a sustainable relationship, and monitor landscape function? Stefanie works as an educator about all things soil and is known for her no-nonsense approach to soil health. She builds on her European family history, and the echoes of that past wisdom and merges it with modern thought and science. Her book Radical Soil Care provides foundational principles for soil health and with that knowledge, a range of solutions and tools become evident. Stefanie has bred Black Angus cattle in South Gippsland and, in a warm and entertaining way, she will challenge current traditions of land management from those years of experience and learning. A light lunch will be provided as well as the chance to win a door prize of Stefanie's fabulous book- Radical Soil Care.
