Growing Southern Gippsland's eighth video in the 'Farm Profile Series' introduces Malabar Farm in Tarwin Lower, owned by Jenny and Paul O'Sullivan. This 660 hectare property supports beef and lamb production while keeping native vegetation aside for wildlife. Shelterbelts are incorporated into the property to provide windbreaks and shade for stock.
Jenny and Paul also run Gippsland Food Adventures which combines their passion for farming, food, wine and cooking. Innovative experiential adventures are organised showcasing Gippsland's fine produce and its people. Watch the snapshot video to gain an insight into Malabar Farm and how their journey may be relevant to your own.
