• What Southern Gippsland’s future climate will look like, particularly focusing on rainfall and soil moisture with John Clarke from CSIRO.   
• How you can manage your soils and landscape to increase soil moisture year-round with the Mulloon Institute.
• How to apply these concepts on farm with an afternoon farm walk at a typical Southern Gippsland grazing farm.
